Bee House Online accepts two payment methods:

2. Online payment with credit card

Note: The Company reserves the right to cancel the order if we do not receive payment within 3 days.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Delivery Policy

 Delivery within Thailand only. Free shipping via our own delivery service (within Bangkok) or shipping companies (outside Bangkok) on all orders.

 Your order will arrive within 7 business days (excluding weekends and special holidays).

• Your order will be sent after the payment has been processed.

 A notification email with tracking number will be sent when the shipment has been processed by the shipping company.

 If your order does not arrive within the specified time, please contact our online sales department.

 Bee House shall not be responsible for any items damaged during transit.

Return & Exchange

Return & Exchange Policy 

1. Customer must notify the Company via email if they wish to exchange any items and send the items back to the Company. Item sent for exchange must be received by the Company within 10 days of their original delivery date (as shown on the signed delivery form). The Company will process the exchange request according to Return & Exchange Policy. All items are non-refundable except when items requested for exchange are no longer available. Exchanges are subject to the Company’s discretion.

2. Items are eligible for exchange under following conditions only:

- Incorrect items -- If you receive incorrect items, the Company will replace them at no additional cost.

- Manufacturing defects – If you receive items with manufacturing defects, the Company will replace them with no additional costs. The Company reserves the right to review the products according to its policy and may refuse to exchange the products if there is no proof of manufacturing defect.

3. Items must be unused, unwashed, with its price tag attached and in its original packaging, accompanied with the exchange authorization papers. Used items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

4. Items damaged in transit are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

5. Items sold as discounted, with special promotions or with “no exchange/return” conditions stated on the website are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

6. Bed linens may contain 3-5% interrupted color yarn  which is common in woven fabrics. This is not considered a defect and does not make the item eligible for exchange.

7. Exchanges must be for the same product only.

 

Exchange process – Incorrect items

1.The Customer requests for exchange authorization paper via email. Please state your reason for exchange in details and attach the following information and document:

- Name and surname of the buyer (as stated in the order)

- Bank account name and number or copy of the first page of Bank account for shipping fee refund

- A copy of national ID card

2.The Customer returns the incorrect items with the exchange authorization form. The Customer must pay the return shipping fee in advance and send the parcel tracking number to the Company via email. The Company will not be held responsible in any circumstances if there is no tracking number or if the exchanged items were lost in transit.

3. The Company will check the original order, inspect the items according to the exchange policy and notifies the Customer within 3 working days after receiving the items.

4. If the items are found to be incorrect, the Company will exchange the items with no extra cost and refund the shipping fee to the provided bank account. The Customer must also provide a copy receipt for the shipping fee and shipping rate. The Company will send the correct items and send the tracking number to the Client via email. If the ordered items are no longer available, the Company will refund the items and the shipping fee.

 

Exchange process – Manufacturing defects

1. The Customer requests for exchange authorization paper via email. Please state your reason for exchange in details.

2. The Customer returns the defective items with the exchange authorization form. The Customer must pay the return shipping fee in advance and send the parcel tracking number to the Company via email. The Company will not be held responsible for any exchange if there is no tracking number or if the exchanged items were lost in transit.

3. The Company will inspect the items for manufacturing defects according to the exchange policy and notifies the Customer via email within 3 working days after receiving the items.

4. If the items are found to be defective due to manufacturing defects, the Company will send the new items with no extra cost and refund the shipping fee to the provided bank account. The Customer must also provide a copy receipt for the shipping fee and shipping rate. If the ordered items are no longer available, the Company will refund the items and the shipping fee. In case of refund, please send the following information and document to the Company via e-mail:

- Name and surname of the buyer (as stated in the order)

- Bank account name and number or copy of the first page of Bank account for shipping fee refund

- A copy of national ID card

5. If the damages are not due to manufacturing defects, no exchange will be made. The Company will send the original items back to the Customer who will be responsible for the shipping fee.
